Privacy Policy

ePorezi.me is an information service. We do not require registration, we do not sell data, and we collect only what you send us yourself. This policy explains what we process, why and for how long, who we share it with and what rights you have under Montenegro's Personal Data Protection Law.

1. Data controller

The controller is TELETEH DOO, Podgorica, Montenegro ("we"). Data-protection contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

We process data only in the following situations:

  • Contact form — name, e-mail and/or phone and the message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry. Basis: your request (consent).
  • Notification sign-up (e-mail / Telegram) — e-mail address, portal language, sign-up source and time of consent. Purpose: tax-deadline reminders and a monthly digest of tax news. Basis: your explicit consent (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe in every message.
  • Accountant / partner enquiry — name, contact, short description of your need. Purpose: forwarding the enquiry to the partner accounting firm you selected. Basis: your explicit consent to the transfer to a third party, given in the form itself.
  • AI assistant — the text of the questions you type. Purpose: an informational answer. Do not enter personal or tax data you do not wish to share. Conversations are stored anonymously to improve answers and to spot topics the portal does not cover.
  • Technical data — IP address and basic browser data are processed during the Cloudflare Turnstile check ("I am not a robot") and in anonymised web analytics (self-hosted Umami, no tracking cookies). Purpose: abuse protection and visit statistics.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use no tracking cookies or ad networks. Your browser locally stores only your theme (light/dark) and language preference. Calculators and forms run in your browser — the amounts you enter are not sent to our servers unless you explicitly submit a form.

4. Who we share data with (processors and recipients)

We do not sell data. We share it only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Cloudflare (hosting, protection, Turnstile) — technical data.
  • E-mail notification service (Buttondown) — subscriber list storage and sending; that service's privacy policy applies.
  • Telegram (our internal channel for contact-form notifications) — the content of the message you send.
  • Partner accounting firm — only if you gave explicit consent in the "I need an accountant" form; the firm then acts as an independent controller.
  • AI service provider (our gateway aichat.teleteh.com and the language-model partner) — the text of questions asked to the AI assistant.

5. Retention

  • Contact-form messages — until the enquiry is resolved, at most 12 months.
  • Subscriber list — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Accountant enquiries — 6 months after forwarding to the partner.
  • Anonymised analytics and AI conversations without identifiers — no limit, as they contain no personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to the data we hold about you, its correction, erasure or restriction, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing) and object to processing for direct marketing. 7. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Only TELETEH DOO staff who need it have access to the data.

8. Changes

We update this policy when we introduce new processing or the law changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top. Material changes will be announced on the portal.
